trainees and staff members. It is the policy of MoD Consultants LLC is to uphold a safe learning and
working environment which is free of all forms of discrimination. MoD Consultants LLC does not

HOW LONG IS TRAINING GOOD FOR?

DOL issued OSHA cards do not expire, however, several states and industries have renewal requirements. We recommend you renew your training around every 4-5 years to stay up to date with any OSHA regulation changes.

WHAT IS THE COURSE COMPLETION CRITERIA TO EARN CEUS?

• You must provide a valid form of identification throughout the learning event to successfully pass the course.
• Attend 100% of the class
• Pass all quizzes and the final exam with a score of at least 70% in three attempts or less before a certificate of completion can be issued and CEUs can be awarded.

WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU FAIL?

OSHA courses are Pass/Fail, meaning they are not graded. Each student will be given three attempts to pass the exam and score at least 70%. If you receive a failing grade three times on the exam, it is considered a failure from the course. To retake the exam, you need to register for a new course and start from the beginning.
